to us, little luxuries are everywhere. in the words you spill from your heart, the poetry you translate from feelings onto your pages. the playlist you indulge yourself in making, the thrill you feel when you finally reach your word count. sipping a drink in a darkened room, feeling your pen scratch gently against paper as you desperately hang onto that little shred of an idea. the crunch of fallen leaves under your shoes, the clack of high heels against a marble floor. the speech you deliver to an eager crowd, the blue eyes of the boy who inspired you many moons ago. the blanket of stars that you write under at night, the lamp you switch on whenever you need to focus. in the song you scribble on the floor of your bedroom, that scene you deliver in front of the camera with so much passion. 

luxury literature is a magazine that aims to help you capture those little luxuries - and perhaps create some of our own. we want to create the luxury where you can proudly say you were interviewed by an official literary magazine. the luxury where you can show your family and friends the piece of yours that we selected to publish. the luxury where you can drift to sleep and dream of tangled words that tell a story. we are here to give youth in the arts opportunities to tell their stories, to uplift them, and to provide them with the chance to achieve all their dreams. for anyone who has ever dreamt of being published in a literary magazine, for the authors that have always wanted to be interviewed, and the starlets the industry have yet to satisfy. luxury literature is for you.
